Frank M. Muller Jr. '65 was a lifelong servant for Texas A&M University, the Corps of Cadets, and the generations of Aggies who followed him. His legacy is woven into the history of Texas A&M and continues to shape the Corps today.

As Student Body President in 1965, Frank led during one of the most transformative periods in the University's history. Following President Earl Rudder's decision to admit women to Texas A&M, Frank played a pivotal role in helping the student body embrace this historic change with dignity, respect, and Aggie spirit.

After graduation, Frank was commissioned into the U.S. Army, where he served under Lieutenant General James F. Hollingsworth '40. That relationship developed into a friendship and mentorship that ultimately inspired the creation of the Hollingsworth Center for Ethical Leadership, ensuring that future cadets would benefit from the leadership principles both men so deeply valued.

Throughout his lifetime, Frank never stopped serving the Corps. He was an original member of the Corps Development Council, later becoming an Emeritus member of the Corps Board of Visitors. As a member of the Texas Aggie Corps of Cadets Association's Board of Directors, he was instrumental in helping establish the CCA as one of Texas A&M's five officially recognized philanthropic affiliates—an achievement that continues to benefit cadets every day.

While his accomplishments were significant, those who knew Frank remember him most for his genuine investment in people. He mentored countless cadets, encouraged young leaders, and quietly devoted his time and wisdom to helping others succeed. His passion for the Corps, and especially for Drill & Ceremonies cadets, never wavered.

To honor Frank and ensure his commitment to cadet leadership lives on, the Texas Aggie Corps of Cadets Association has established the Frank M. Muller Jr. '65 Drill & Ceremonies Cadet Leadership Eternal Fund. This endowed fund will provide permanent support for Drill & Ceremonies leadership programs, allowing Frank's legacy of service, mentorship, and excellence to inspire future generations of cadets.
