125th Anniversary Celebration & Reunion
October 31 - November 2, 2019

Howdy!

(To register, click here: Registration Page)

The reunion registration information for members and guests of the Texas Aggie Band Association (TABA) is included below. As you have learned from our Newsletters and your Class bull sessions, we will celebrate this Reunion along with the Texas Aggie vs. UTSA football game. Holding an event of this size, on a football weekend, is a real lesson in logistics.

Our initial Reunion venues and program were changed in July due to University policies. The Friday schedule in the Music Activities Center (MAC) remains the same ... up through the dinner reception and auctions on Friday night. You’ll still be able to tour and experience the MAC and be awed by the size of the Band Rehearsal Hall during Friday’s programs and the Spirit Band practice session on Saturday morning.

We will then relocate to our three LARGE reunion tailgate tents nestled between the north end of the new Drill Field and the A&M Press Building. We will have dinner seating for over 1000 people. The MAC will still be in use on Saturday morning for the Reunion Spirit Band Practice and Registration. Following the FTAB Band step-off for the march-in and game, all Game Day activities will be conducted in the tailgate area.

  • All meals will be served in the “reunion tents”!
  • Multiple TVs will be provided for viewing the football game!
  • TABA will furnish water and ice but if you want to carry in your own cooler of drinks – be our guest!
  • Tailgate rules will apply at the Reunion Tents so BYOB ... beer, wine, or other spirit.
  • The registration form is attached. It’s very important for you to register ASAP so that we can give the caterers good numbers for meals! Let’s have a great reunion and BTHO tuSA!

Shirts, caps and jackets bearing the embroidered Reunion Chasseur Horn worn by Holick and the earliest Band in 1894 are available online from Action Wear Plus (AWP). Link to online store - AWP Aggie Band Reunion Apparel

Please use the following link to purchase tickets within our block of 800+ seats for the 125th Aggie Band Reunion and support the Aggies. All tickets will be discounted to $30 through this exclusive offer: Click here for football tickets!

Sunday November 3
NO ACTIVITIES PLANNED - DRIVE HOME SAFELY!
Parking

As many of you already know - parking ANYWHERE on campus is difficult! Unless your name is on a sign – there is little hope of convenience – ie: a short walking distance to your destination.

TABA has arranged a plan with TAMU’s Transportation Dept. for use of “FAN FIELD LOT” on West Campus (across from the Bush School). You can drive there and park all day Friday for only $5.00 - but no multiple entries/departures. There will be TAMU buses shuttling from the lot to the MAC for your convenience. The last bus will depart the MAC at 10:00 p.m. after the BBQ dinner.

Because Saturday is a game day, parking on ALL LOTS & GARAGES will cost $20.00. There will be NO "special" shuttle buses on Saturday. TAMU buses will be in use making football runs from and to parking lots on the Main & West Campuses as well as to downtown Bryan and Momentum Bank. The buses from the West Campus will stop in front of the MSC. Buses from East of Campus and Downtown will stop at the North end of the Quad.

From there you’ll have to walk to the MAC and Kyle Field. For a map of all lots, garages, and remote options, click on the Football Parking Map button below. To reserve parking, choose the Football Parking Page button below.

The best/closest ADA parking to the MAC and Kyle are at the Koldus Garage, across from Rudder Tower ... ESPECIALLY if you require disabled parking.
